Ingredients:
150 gm Paneer or Cottage Cheese (Crumbled)
50 gm Feta Cheese crumbled
1/4 cup chopped Bell Peppers
2 tbsp Olive oil
Salt, pepper, oregano and chilli flakes as per taste
Mozzarella Cheese (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 250C for 10 min.
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients other than Mozzarella cheese.
Make patties using the mixture.
Place butter paper on the baking tray and brush oil on it.
Place the patties on the tray and put it in the oven. You can sprinkle Mozzarella cheese on the top.
Grill the patties for 15 minutes until they turn brown.
Remove from oven and let it cool down before serving it.
 Add a salad on the side and enjoy the low-carb, high-protein meal.
