  • 250 g of cups fresh Spinach, washed and chopped

  • 100 g of Cottage cheese

  • 1 tablespoon oil

  • Bread crumps

  • 1 Green Chilly

  • 1/2 cup of Coriander leaves

  • 1 tbsp of fresh Ginger

  • 1 tbsp of Garlic powder

  • 1 tbsp of Onion powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Optional: herbs like basil or oregano for added flavour


Instructions


  • Blanch the Spinach in a large skillet. let it cool down and drain all the water. Grind it into a coarse paste along with green chilly, ginger and coriander leaves.

  • Crumble or grate the cottage cheese. Combine it with the spinach paste.

  • Add the seasoning and bread crumbs. Start making small balls and flatten it to get the desired shape.

  • You can place a nut - almond or cashew on the top of the cutlet.

  • Let it refrigerate for some time.

  • Place oil in a pan and shallow fry the cutlets. Serve with a dip of your choice.
