Delicious Beetroot and Cottage Cheese Oat Cutlets Air Fried for Healthy Snacking

Healthy snacking can sometimes feel like a challenge, especially when you want something tasty, filling, and nutritious. Beetroot and cottage cheese oat cutlets, air-fried to perfection, offer a satisfying solution. These cutlets combine the natural sweetness of beetroot, the creamy protein punch of cottage cheese, and the wholesome texture of oats. Air frying them keeps the cutlets crispy without excess oil, making them a guilt-free snack option.

Beetroot is rich in antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals that support heart health and improve blood flow. Cottage cheese is a good source of protein and calcium, which helps keep you full longer and supports muscle health. Oats contribute fibre and complex carbohydrates, providing steady energy release. Together, these ingredients create a balanced snack that satisfies hunger and nourishes the body.

Air-frying these cutlets instead of deep-frying reduces the fat content while still delivering a crispy texture. This method utilises hot air circulation to cook the cutlets evenly, resulting in lighter and healthier cutlets without sacrificing flavour.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium Beetroot, grated

  • 1 cup Cottage cheese (preferably low-fat)
