Ingredients:


  • 1 cup Whole Wheat flour

  • 1/2 cup Peanut Butter 

  • 2/3 cup Jaggery powder

  • 1/4 cup Ghee or Clarified Butter

  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder

  • 1/2 cup Milk (optional)


Instructions:


  • Sieve the wheat flour and add the baking powder.

  • Add ghee and peanut butter. Mix the ingredients to form a dough. Add milk if required to form a dough.

  • Wrap the dough in a cling film and refrigerate for at least 30 min. It will help bind all the ingredients well.

  • Meanwhile, line up the baking dish with parchment paper.

  • Preheat oven to 180C.

  • Remove the dough and give the desired shape. Place the cookies on the baking tray.

  • Place a few peanuts on the top of the cookie. You can skip too.

  • Bake it for 20 min. Remove from the oven and place it on the cooling rack.

  • The cookies are ready. Store it in an air-tight container.
