Low Carb Menu

A week of almost Zero carbs!!

It seemed impossible when my coach asked me to do it. And yes, I did it.


My energy was as usual and did 45 min extensive workout for almost 5 days.

Here, I am sharing the meal plan I fillowed for a week.


What you need to know:

  1. Plan your menu way ahead

  2. If you step out, stay with protein rich food

  3. Salads are the best option for this meal plan

  4. Stay hydrated

  5. Belive that you can do it


Result:

I lost almost a kg in a week. My mind was stronger as I didnot focus on food ;-)
